Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for certified delivery partners.
- Manage technical partner escalations with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Enable partners on new product features and deployment methodologies.
- Monitor partner-led deployments for quality assurance and provide feedback.
- Lead customer deployments directly when partner delivery quality is insufficient.
- Perform hands-on configuration of Intercom features and Fin.
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions for complex customer requirements.
- Coordinate technical readiness activities with partner teams.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to improve products based on feedback.
- Track partner delivery quality metrics and improve enablement content.
- Assess partner readiness and conduct technical evaluations for certification.
- Build and maintain enablement content for the partner network.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles.
- Experience working with delivery or channel partners.
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong technical aptitude for configuring software platforms.
- A coaching and enablement mindset with experience in training content.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to switch between different roles as needed.
