Responsibilities
- Design manual and automated test strategies for blockchain applications.
- Create and execute functional, integration, regression, API, end-to-end, performance, load, security-related, and user acceptance tests.
- Validate programmable payments, asset tokenization, foreign exchange, Blockchain Deposit Accounts, settlement workflows, smart contracts, ledger transactions, and blockchain node interactions.
- Verify transaction integrity, immutability, and data consistency across distributed ledgers.
- Create test plans, test data, defect logs, traceability matrices, and regulatory evidence.
- Log defects, track resolutions, and manage closure using Jira.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders across testing cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of quality assurance or software testing experience.
- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or Playwright and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of blockchain, distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and digital assets.
- Experience using Structured Query Language for database validation and test verification.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and defect management using Jira.
- Preferred experience testing Ethereum or Hyperledger platforms and knowledge of payments, foreign exchange, or settlement systems.
- Preferred scripting experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript and knowledge of relevant testing or blockchain certifications.
- Preferred experience with AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools.
