Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers to define test strategies and automation coverage.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, smoke, canary, API, and performance scenarios.
Engineer tools to simulate market events and validate complex financial workflows.
Investigate test failures, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure regression prevention.
Advocate for and implement QA best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Continually evolve automation frameworks to improve scalability and efficiency.

At least 4 years of professional software testing and test automation experience.
Proficiency in at least one of Java, TypeScript, or VBScript for test automation scripting and framework development or maintenance.
Strong experience with at least one of Selenium, Playwright, or UFT and testing frameworks or approaches including JUnit, TestNG, POM, or Hybrid.
Experience with at least one test management tool such as ALM, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, or JIRA.
Experience with mocking or stubbing tools and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with QA workflows and best practices.
Preferred background in FinTech, BFSI, or other highly regulated, mission-critical domains.
Preferred testing experience with Spring Boot applications and knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
Preferred experience building API, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
Preferred SQL knowledge for test data design and validation.
Preferred exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes.
Preferred knowledge of Gradle or Maven.
