Responsibilities
- Build and maintain centralized end-to-end test suites for core user journeys across native mobile, web, and UI applications.
- Implement LLM-powered tools to diagnose failures, suggest selector fixes, classify regressions, and reduce flaky-test noise.
- Operate and scale automated end-to-end test execution with parallelization and high-concurrency workflows.
- Integrate team-owned tests into shared sanity, regression, pull-request, scheduled-run, and release pipelines.
- Define organization-wide test execution strategies, tagging, ownership models, automation standards, and Golden Paths.
- Build reference implementations, modular pipeline templates, internal tools, and beta tools that improve test authoring, execution, debugging, and observability.
- Develop telemetry dashboards, automated flake detection, self-healing mechanisms, and root-cause analysis tooling using logs, stack traces, and screenshots.
- Consult with product teams, lead technical workshops and design reviews, and promote quality-first engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, or Kotlin.
- Experience with or willingness to work across Angular or React and other languages and tools.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Experience building shared frameworks, internal tools, or platforms.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, systems thinking, and a willingness to learn.
