Responsibilities
- Build and maintain centralized end-to-end test suites for core user journeys across native mobile, web, and UI applications.
- Implement LLM-powered tools to diagnose test failures, suggest selector fixes, and distinguish flaky tests from real regressions.
- Operate and scale automated end-to-end test execution and integrate team-owned tests into shared sanity and regression pipelines.
- Architect high-concurrency CI/CD workflows, Golden Path pipeline templates, and integrations with pull requests, scheduled runs, and release workflows.
- Develop internal and beta tools that improve test authoring, execution reliability, debugging, observability, and developer experience.
- Define organization-wide automation standards, reference architectures, execution strategies, tagging models, and ownership models.
- Build telemetry dashboards and self-healing mechanisms for test performance, bottleneck latency, failure patterns, and automated flaky-test quarantine.
- Aggregate logs, stack traces, and screenshots to provide actionable automated failure analysis.
- Consult with product teams, lead technical workshops and design reviews, and drive adoption of quality-first engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, or Kotlin, with willingness to work across the full stack using Angular or React.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Experience building shared frameworks, internal tools, or platforms.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn additional languages and tools for automated testing at scale.
