Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end quality engineering with a focus on automation.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for CRM software functionality.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks as project requirements evolve.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share automation best practices and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing is required.
- Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools relevant to CRM systems.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Veeva CRM is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
