Responsibilities
- Work with Salesforce teams to identify challenges in the existing Salesforce organization and SDLC.
- Develop and help shape the Salesforce technical roadmap.
- Advise on Salesforce integration patterns and SDLC improvements.
- Identify and implement opportunities involving agentic AI and Agentforce.
- Assess major architectural challenges and recommend iterative solutions.
- Refactor and redesign legacy Salesforce organizations and support heavily integrated real-time systems.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Salesforce Developer using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience refactoring or redesigning legacy Salesforce organizations iteratively.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, architectural patterns, and their application to Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce systems heavily integrated with other systems in real time.
- Understanding of development tooling, Git, CI/CD, and packaging approaches.
- Salesforce certification is preferred.
- Experience with event-driven architectures is a bonus.
