Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
- Build and support REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
- Create and manage workflows, ETL processes, IntegrationHub solutions, Data Fabric/Zero Copy Connectors, and transformations.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform issues.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles while following SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and server-side and client-side integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable lifecycles.
- Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM, with ITOM and HRSD experience considered a plus.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CSM, ITSM, or MCO are preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, independent-working, and teamwork skills are required.
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments and knowledge of ITIL processes are preferred.
