Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise application modules using IBM Curam and Java/J2EE.
- Customize Curam out-of-the-box functionality and business services to meet project requirements.
- Integrate Curam applications with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Support environment setup, configuration, build, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with functional and QA teams to resolve defects and improve application stability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and support onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies, including Java Standard Edition.
- Experience developing and configuring IBM Curam SPM 7.x or 8.x applications.
- Expertise with Curam modeling tools, UIM development, and Curam Server Components.
- Experience with Ant, Maven, and Git.
- Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with DB2 or MySQL.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Prior experience working in the public sector.
- Curam Developer certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.
