Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to architect solutions within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas.
- Communicate regularly with diverse stakeholders with varying technical acumen.
- Lead projects to improve tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products.
- Architect and implement solutions within Salesforce, including automation and system behavior.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership.
- Advocate for technology best practices.
Requirements
- 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing automation within a CLM and e-signature tool.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation and related tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and detailed documentation.
- Proven track record of operating as a strategic partner.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
