Base Salary

$129k - $189k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage Salesforce and adjacent technology solutions for the Contract Lifecycle Management team.
  • Maintain holistic views of CRM processes and user personas, ensuring compatibility with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Lead end-to-end projects improving how Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage CPQ and CLM products.
  • Architect and implement scalable Salesforce automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow.
  • Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders across varied technical backgrounds.
  • Own roadmap design in partnership with the product owner and product manager.
  • Advocate for technology best practices and represent technology as a stakeholder.
  • Drive operational excellence, scalable governance, system analysis, platform health, and compliance readiness across Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within a CLM and e-signature tool, preferably Conga and DocuSign, in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs.
  • Ability to produce highly detailed technical documentation, recommendations, and process mappings.
  • Strategic partnership, stakeholder influence, assertiveness, analytical problem-solving, and ability to translate ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce B2B Solution Architect, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, or Salesforce Developer certifications are preferred.
  • Experience designing and building Salesforce solutions for a user base of 2,000 or more is desired.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and integration middleware such as Mulesoft, Workato, or Tray.io is desired.
