Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices for ad serving, targeting, and bidding.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to ensure low-latency service performance.
- Build resilient, fault-tolerant systems with robust monitoring.
- Lead architectural discussions and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to ship high-impact features.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on distributed backend systems.
- Direct experience in ad tech or retail media, including ad serving and real-time bidding.
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency services in a cloud environment.
- Strong experience with high-performance databases and caching systems.
- Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
