Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Supabase's AI tooling for developers and agents.
- Enhance the dashboard assistant for improved debugging and workflows.
- Translate customer AI tool usage into better product experiences.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for real use cases.
- Design documentation and product knowledge exposure for agents.
- Create tools for customers to incorporate AI into their applications.
- Centralize shared AI logic to reduce duplication across products.
- Ensure tools are reliable with strong test coverage and benchmarking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for coherent experiences.
- Stay updated on the AI ecosystem to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in TypeScript and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem and current tools.
- Experience building developer tools or product interfaces.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for measuring AI quality.
- Familiarity with Postgres and database best practices.
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
- Strong judgment on AI's impact on user workflows.
- Focus on writing tests and validating reliability.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
