Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack business applications using C#/.NET, Angular, TypeScript, and optionally React.
- Develop REST/Web APIs with Entity Framework Core and translate functional analyses and user stories into working features.
- Design data models and write performant SQL for SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Write unit tests, maintain clean and readable code, and follow SOLID principles.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML and Git.
- Collaborate with analysts, testers, architects, and Scrum teams, including code reviews and mentoring less experienced developers.
- Represent adesso professionally at client organizations and support production-ready software delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional C#/.NET development experience, including recent .NET Core, .NET 6, or .NET 8 work.
- At least five years of full-stack experience with .NET and Angular or React.
- Strong experience building REST/Web APIs and using Entity Framework or EF Core.
- Recent Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS experience; React experience is a strong plus.
- Professional experience with relational databases and SQL, with SQL Server required and Oracle or PL/SQL advantageous.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Git, and unit testing with xUnit or NUnit.
- Experience with Azure services, CQRS, event-driven design, NGRX, Docker, or containers is advantageous.
- Experience in the public sector or utilities is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer, fluent Dutch and English, and willingness to work hybrid on client sites in Brussels, Ghent, or Antwerp.
