Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and understand complex business models in the energy domain.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Develop Python APIs and microservices using Flask and FastAPI.
- Design, manage, and optimize Postgres, SQL Server, and AWS Athena databases.
- Build modern web interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Process and leverage large datasets with Pandas and NumPy.
- Develop and maintain modules for contract management, transactions, meter readings, forecasting, pricing, tradefeed, P&L, and risk management.
- Apply software quality practices including design patterns, SOLID principles, testing, and code review.
- Contribute to platform performance, stability, security, and scalability.
- Participate in operational support, corrective maintenance, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Cloud and DevOps teams on service deployment and monitoring using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS S3.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fullstack development with Python and React.
- Strong understanding of distributed architectures, software quality, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to understand complex business models and collaborate with functional teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and initiative.
- Strong interest in data-driven environments and performance-related challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Dutch is a strong plus.
