Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and high availability.
- Lead technical strategies and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment for timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Experience with Oracle Financials is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their enterprise integrations.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures for financial applications.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles and enforcing coding standards.
- BTech, MTech, or MCA in IT, CSE, EEE, or ECE, with 15 years of full-time education.
