Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, efficient, and well-documented full-stack software with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and support existing applications, troubleshoot defects, monitor live services, and identify fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, project discussions, requirements clarification, and stakeholder updates.
- Contribute to incident root-cause analysis and improvements in application security, maintenance, and resilience.
- Apply test automation, programming tools, release guidelines, and DevOps principles to support delivery and operations.
- Lead small technical initiatives, solve complex problems, and use algorithms and logical analysis effectively.
- Share knowledge with early-career engineers and contribute to team capability building.
- Stay current with technology trends and established guidance for using AI tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Full-stack development skills and understanding of backend development principles and APIs.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and documented code, troubleshoot issues, and work with limited supervision.
- Experience or capability in code reviews, test automation, debugging, live-service support, and application maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, stakeholders, and team members and communicate requirements and progress effectively.
- Understanding of traditional and agile delivery practices, DevOps principles, release guidelines, and incident analysis.
- Ability to lead small technical initiatives and apply logical analysis to more complex problems.
- Willingness to develop technical and agile skills and learn emerging technologies and AI concepts.
