Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to ServiceNow customer engagements from discovery and solution design through implementation and handover.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and implementation approaches.
- Design and guide ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Facilitate customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
- Support presales and solutioning activities, including estimations, proposals, technical presentations, and customer discussions.
- Define integration approaches using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies.
- Review technical designs and complex configurations and advise development and consulting teams.
- Support architectural decisions, platform governance, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
- Create reusable solution patterns, lessons learned, and delivery standards.
- Mentor ServiceNow colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training, and capability building.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with the ServiceNow platform, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation methodologies, and governance principles.
- Hands-on experience with several ServiceNow products and modules.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation approaches.
- Experience leading technical workshops and communicating architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are advantageous.
- ServiceNow Certified Instructor, Partner Instructor, or formal trainer experience is advantageous.
- Experience mentoring or leading ServiceNow technical teams is advantageous.
- Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or technical knowledge-transfer experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Very good command of English; German language skills are advantageous.
