Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills across the application, database, and storage layers.
- Experience with systems engineering, including Linux performance and security.
- Basic coding/scripting ability in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience supporting complex mission-critical applications and database systems.
