Responsibilities
- Translate Figma designs into high-quality React interfaces with responsive layouts, polished interactions, transitions, and feedback.
- Complete designs with loading, empty, error, validation, focus, and disabled states while resolving usability gaps.
- Refine initial frontend implementations into production-ready experiences by improving component structure, state handling, usability, and consistency.
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries, shared frontend patterns, documentation, and conventions.
- Improve loading performance, rendering efficiency, interaction responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser reliability.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI Lead and full-stack developers on design intent, interaction decisions, technical trade-offs, and code reviews.
- Contribute ideas and practical improvements that make complex professional software clearer, simpler, and easier to use.
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript skills with solid knowledge of JavaScript, semantic HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks and tooling.
- Experience building and maintaining substantial frontend applications rather than isolated screens.
- Strong visual and interaction judgment, including the ability to interpret Figma designs and discuss design intent.
- Experience with reusable components, application state, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, testing, and performance optimization.
- Ability to improve existing code without unnecessary complexity and to refine other developers’ implementations.
- Collaborative and proactive approach with experience working closely with designers and engineers.
- Examples of products, components, or case studies demonstrating engineering decisions and meaningful improvements to user interfaces.
- Experience with design systems, Storybook, complex forms, workflow-heavy applications, or AI-powered interfaces is preferred.
