Responsibilities
- Modernize, extend, and maintain the BOSS back-office platform focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process by partnering with stakeholders to understand problems and design solutions.
- Build and architect new software to automate workflows across Operations, Treasury, Fund Accounting, IR, and Compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers across the technology group to tackle cross-cutting challenges.
- Drive the migration of legacy components to modern, maintainable standards.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Production-level experience in Python and/or Java; SQL fluency is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and proactive communicator who takes ownership and follows through.
