Base Salary
$242k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and author system designs for card issuing and payment processing products.
- Write, review, and optimize code across the issuing and processing stack.
- Identify and drive high-impact technical initiatives to improve core processing engines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Mentor and guide technical leads while influencing stakeholders.
- Apply modern best practices to enhance platform resiliency and scalability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated passion for software engineering excellence and design principles.
- Experience developing and scaling microservices using modern cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of security engineering best practices.
- Experience with high volume / low latency data infrastructures.
- Team-oriented approach with effective leadership and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Java, Springboot, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Kafka, JPOS, and AWS services.
