Base Salary
$108k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and custom applications.
- Develop Power Apps applications and automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Gather user requirements, review feedback, and improve solutions for users across multiple offices.
- Troubleshoot existing applications, workflows, and custom code.
- Review documentation and standard operating procedures to identify process improvements.
- Support SharePoint migrations, site permissions, and content organization.
- Coordinate work with developers and internal IT teams.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and explain solutions to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related experience.
- Strong experience developing custom applications in SharePoint Online and Power Apps.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework, React, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Ability to gather user requirements and build solutions supporting multiple offices.
- Experience troubleshooting custom applications and code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with users and technical teams.
- Security+ certification is required for this federal IT position.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Preferred experience includes Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, PowerShell, SharePoint migrations, Azure, .NET, SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, mentoring, or technical leadership.
