Responsibilities
- Architect and own the technical strategy for the Sustainability product suite.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, data-intensive systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead critical design reviews.
- Spearhead initiatives leveraging vast datasets to solve ambiguous problems.
- Drive technical decisions and build consensus across product and engineering teams.
- Identify and solve challenging technical problems with high autonomy.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
- Hands-on contribution at a senior level with active coding.
- Intellectual honesty and a bias for action in decision-making.
- Ability to communicate clearly and mentor others effectively.
- Experience with large-scale data processing or machine learning pipelines.
- Deep sense of ownership and capability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
