Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, optimization, and performance tuning of Pega applications.
- Architect scalable Pega class structures, case types, workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and reusable components for healthcare solutions.
- Apply healthcare domain expertise to claims processing solutions and support HIPAA, EDI, 835, and 837 requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex application issues through root cause analysis and technical remediation.
- Conduct technical reviews, monitor application quality and performance, mitigate technical risks, and ensure adherence to Pega standards and guardrails.
- Collaborate with Agile/SAFe and distributed cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification and proven technical leadership across large-scale Pega implementations.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, high-performance Pega applications, including class structures, case management workflows, UI models, and reusable frameworks.
- Strong experience integrating Pega applications with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and modern integration technologies.
- Healthcare claims processing knowledge and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Pega CSSA and CSA certifications, Pega Smart Claims Engine experience, and experience in healthcare payer or Facets-based implementations.
