Base Salary

$120k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, optimization, and performance tuning of Pega applications.
  • Architect scalable Pega class structures, case types, workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and reusable components for enterprise healthcare solutions.
  • Apply healthcare domain expertise to support healthcare operations and claims-processing requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex application issues through root cause analysis and technical remediation.
  • Conduct technical reviews, monitor application quality and performance, mitigate technical risks, and enforce Pega guardrails and development standards.
  • Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams in Agile/SAFe environments and communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification and proven technical leadership across large-scale Pega implementations.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
  • Experience with Pega class structures, case management workflows, UI models, reusable frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong expertise integrating Pega applications with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, microservices, and other integration technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and knowledge of healthcare claims processing.
  • Preferred qualifications include Pega CSSA and CSA certifications, Pega Smart Claims Engine experience, and experience in healthcare payer or Facets-based implementations.
