Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, optimization, and performance tuning of Pega applications.
- Architect scalable Pega class structures, case types, case-management workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and reusable components.
- Deliver healthcare solutions aligned with healthcare operations and claims-processing requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex application issues through root-cause analysis and technical remediation.
- Conduct technical reviews, monitor application quality and performance, mitigate technical risks, and ensure compliance with Pega standards.
- Collaborate with Agile/SAFe and distributed cross-functional teams while engaging business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification and proven technical leadership across large-scale Pega implementations.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
- Strong expertise integrating Pega applications with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and other modern integration technologies.
- Experience with Pega class structures, case-management workflows, UI models, reusable frameworks, technical reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, engaging stakeholders, and supporting healthcare claims processing.
- Preferred qualifications include Pega CSSA and CSA certifications, Pega Smart Claims Engine experience, and healthcare payer or Facets-based implementation experience.
