Responsibilities
- Advise regional customers and internal sales and product leads on technical maturity, ad-tech adoption, customization opportunities, and product gaps.
- Translate complex client requirements into scalable system architectures and clear PRDs/BRDs.
- Develop reusable deployment playbooks and standardize vendor workflows to improve integration governance and time-to-market.
- Oversee technical rollouts as a trusted advisor and architect privacy-compliant first-party data pipelines through APIs.
- Establish testing frameworks to validate configurations using real-world data and coordinate last-mile execution across gTech teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience in technical consulting, product management, solution architecture, or project management in a customer-facing role.
- Experience building proof of concepts with web or scripting technologies and SQL databases.
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a technical field.
- Preferred: online advertising or customer-growth experience and familiarity with ad serving and internet technologies.
- Preferred: experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends.
- Preferred: demonstrated coding ability with Java or Python and the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, work independently, manage multiple projects, and apply analytical and project management skills.
