Responsibilities
- Develop strategic customer, account, competitive, and market responses that support Microsoft solution adoption and business outcomes.
- Engage technical and business decision makers, influence technical buy-in, support sales strategy, and remove technical blockers.
- Deliver demonstrations, architectural design sessions, proof-of-concept sessions, pilots, hackathons, workshops, and webinars.
- Design and adapt architecture patterns and integration solutions for complex customer requirements, including secure and compliant AI productivity scenarios.
- Coordinate partner engagements, scale wins through partners, review partner demonstrations, and align partner delivery with Microsoft standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, support, sales, and partner teams to resolve issues and ensure effective deployment and adoption.
- Lead technical training, readiness plans, technical communities, and knowledge-sharing activities for customers, partners, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualification is a relevant bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures; architecture designs; migrations; industry standards; and/or technology management.
- Relevant Microsoft or industry certifications are preferred, including Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Azure Administrator, Azure Architecture, Azure Development, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture certifications.
