Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements analysis, architecture design, and iterative stakeholder workshops.
- Code, build, and deploy integrated cloud systems based on high-level and low-level technical designs.
- Architect enterprise solutions involving agentic workflows, RAG systems, applied foundation models, and scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
- Build Proof of Value products that integrate with customers’ existing enterprise systems and demonstrate business value.
- Ensure solutions follow engineering best practices, security standards, scalability guidelines, and production-transition requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, product marketing, and engineering teams on technical solutions and product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience presenting to or engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience architecting analytics systems on cloud platforms.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or highly technical customer-facing roles.
- Preferred: proficiency in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Preferred: experience managing the technical pre-business cycle from scoping and architecture design through integrated Proof of Value delivery.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-native application development and Advanced Analytics application design and development.
