Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core loan decision-making frameworks, including user approval and eligibility systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ML infrastructure and software frameworks for production systems.
- Help develop agentic AI capabilities such as automated insight generation and internal decision copilots.
- Support the data and model lifecycle from ingestion and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring.
- Build generalized multi-tenant systems supporting policy and analytics use cases.
- Monitor production performance, propose improvements, document learnings, and drive reusable ML system design practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade software systems.
- Professional experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle and deployment practices, even without deep modeling experience.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and demonstrate strong business understanding.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to build modular, iterative systems, particularly for agentic AI frameworks.
