Base Salary
$92k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing as a Quality Specialist within a cross-functional Agile development team.
- Develop automated scripts based on end-user workflows to validate healthcare application functionality, usability, and quality.
- Collaborate with other Agile teams on joint projects and advise on quality delivery.
- Identify, document, investigate, and articulate software defects and validate fixes.
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated regression test scripts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in clinical work, hospital operations, healthcare IT, Patient Administration Systems, or software testing.
- Experience using, supporting, implementing, or testing EMR systems.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new methodologies, technologies, and software products with flexibility and adaptability.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing principles.
- Preferred experience testing AI-enabled applications.
- Preferred technical proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Preferred qualifications or certifications in AI.
