Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding and unit testing practices to improve software reliability and protect sensitive data.
- Advise on technical decisions, resolve problems, manage risks and controls, and support policy and process implementation.
- Guide and support team members, coordinate resources, and contribute to professional development where leadership responsibilities apply.
Requirements
- Experience with Camunda BPMN tool version 8.9 or higher.
- Strong core Java skills, including working knowledge of Java 17 or Java 21.
- Experience developing microservices with Spring Boot.
- Strong database skills with MS SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are valued.
- Ability to demonstrate technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, risk and controls awareness, and strategic and digital technology skills.
