Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Shape the technical direction and architecture of the DevOps Agent service.
  • Work directly with customers to identify development challenges and translate them into product capabilities.
  • Design and develop agent functionality for incident investigation, remediation, learning, and customer-system integration.
  • Contribute hands-on software development across the service lifecycle.
  • Make technical decisions that support scale, security, operational excellence, and development velocity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
