Responsibilities
- Develop and test AI applications and systems using machine learning, generative AI, and cloud AI services.
- Test end-to-end application pipelines and ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and reliable.
- Monitor and optimize AI models and systems to maintain performance and reliability.
- Design and implement automated test suites, analyze test results, and improve automation coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) Testing.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) and Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms and services for deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning, neural networks, and generative AI models.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-grade AI pipelines and workflows.
- Programming experience in languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools for test execution.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end automated test suites.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
