Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop solution designs, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and acceptance test plans.
- Perform and coordinate regression, system, system integration, and end-to-end process testing for Endur enhancements and projects.
- Support Openlink Endur and associated interfaces from a functional perspective.
- Track and report progress for Application Change Requests and develop complete test assets and requirements documentation.
- Obtain business sign-off and participate in project activities as a functional subject matter expert for Openlink Endur.
- Facilitate change-management communications and liaise with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support end-of-day and batch processes, including instrument fixings, simulation, and reporting.
- Champion streamlined enterprise business processes, information standardization, and IT procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Require 3–5+ years of software testing experience, including 1–3 years with ETRM/Endur and end-of-day processes.
- Require experience in energy or commodity trading, including oil, gas, power, or commodities.
- Require knowledge of Endur core functionality, basic SQL, the Endur data model, deal lifecycle processes, transaction status, nominations, and settlements.
- Require experience with front office, middle office, back office, SAP, ETRM systems, ALM, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
- Require experience with end-of-day and batch processes, including instrument fixings, simulation, and reporting.
- Require awareness of software testing principles and comprehensive understanding of testing events throughout the development lifecycle.
- Require flexibility to support UK/US overlap hours.
- Prefer experience with Open JVS, Java, QTP/UFT, Endur projects, end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, Managers, Configurations, Deal Setup, Connex framework, and reporting.
- Require experience with Agile Development techniques and understanding of business process improvement, benefit and risk management.
