Responsibilities
- Develop content for the Master in AI Systems Engineering program.
- Build RAG systems using dense, sparse, and hybrid retrieval over real data.
- Create retrieval evaluation frameworks that measure hallucination risk.
- Ship AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Produce technical writing and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in production software.
- At least 2 years of experience in production AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience building RAG systems over real data.
- Experience building retrieval evaluation frameworks that measure hallucination risk.
- A track record of shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Proficiency with Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, and Docker.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Professional written English.
