Base Salary
$244k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect software systems supporting the CoreWeave Cloud Platform
- Lead new product engineering initiatives
- Write software tests
- Perform code quality reviews
- Mentor junior engineers
- Write technical documentation and create architectural diagrams
- Translate product requirements into units of engineering work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or U.S./foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Eight years of experience in software engineering
- Seven years of experience writing software unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
- Five years of experience writing maintainable code with Python or Go
- Five years of experience mentoring junior engineers and leading product engineering initiatives
- Five years of experience writing technical specifications for distributed systems
- Proficiency designing and implementing high-performance APIs using gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Extensive experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on Kubernetes
- Must satisfy applicable export-control eligibility requirements
