Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade LLM applications spanning data ingestion, vector database integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Build and deploy intelligent agents with complex reasoning, secure tool usage, and autonomous multi-step business workflow execution.
- Own deployment, self-healing systems, latency optimization, cost management, performance monitoring, and alerting in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver code-driven AI automation.
- Establish security, data privacy, accuracy, and integration standards for the enterprise AI framework.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science, including at least 2 years deploying GenAI or LLM systems in production enterprise environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or OpenSearch.
- Experience building AI agents and AI workflows.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
- Experience with corporate-function AI solutions, automated evaluation pipelines, quantization, speculative decoding, efficient fine-tuning such as LoRA or QLoRA, or autonomous vehicle, robotics, or high-tech manufacturing domains is preferred.
