Base Salary
$185k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement LLM-powered solutions using AWS Bedrock and open-source models such as Llama.
- Build intelligent code assistance, automated code review, and context-aware documentation tools.
- Automate development tasks including boilerplate generation, test creation, and code refactoring.
- Create LLM-based workflows for bug detection, security vulnerability assessment, and code optimization.
- Connect developer needs with infrastructure solutions and establish responsible AI integration practices for the development pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Solid full-stack or backend development experience with system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Fluency in Python or C++.
- Experience with LLM evaluation metrics and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of embedding models and vector databases.
- Experience with IDEs and LSPs is a bonus qualification.
- Experience developing or integrating debuggers with build systems is a bonus qualification.
- Experience managing and optimizing large monolithic repositories, including build systems, version control workflows, and developer tooling, is a bonus qualification.
