Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features across backend services and interfaces.
- Debug live production systems and solve problems at petabyte scale.
- Turn ambiguous data-security problems into shipped features.
- Own features end to end, including design decisions and protection of customer data.
- Collaborate with engineers experienced in distributed systems, machine learning, and scale.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience or a strong internship and project record.
- Working proficiency in Go, Python, or a comparable backend language.
- Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and schema design.
- Frontend experience is a plus.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work from the Financial District office three days per week.
- Use of AI tools to improve productivity and interest in developing effective AI-assisted workflows.
