Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.
- Build Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Dataverse solutions, connectors, integrations, Copilot Studio agents, and AI Builder models.
- Implement Power BI data ingestion, transformation, modeling, reports, dashboards, security, workspaces, deployment pipelines, and scheduled refreshes.
- Develop platform governance and ALM practices, including DLP policies, managed environments, CoE Starter Kit, solution layering, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI, and source control.
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts and use JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for extensions and administration.
- Perform customer discovery, define scope and levels of effort, and deliver solutions aligned with business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex flow, application performance, delegation, DAX, and query-performance issues.
- Support large-scale global deployments and migrate legacy Nintex, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft Access automations to Power Platform.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience consulting or working with enterprise customers.
- 6–10 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications on the Microsoft stack.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience and at least 2–3 years of Power BI development and Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online administration.
- At least 5 years of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform experience plus 3 years of Microsoft and networking technical experience.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online, governance, ALM, integrations, and platform administration.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#, with extensive PowerShell scripting experience.
- Strong customer engagement, written, oral, presentation, troubleshooting, and business communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale global deployments across multiple locations and a strong understanding of WAN/LAN networking technologies.
- Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies and Power Platform development experience are required or expected.
- Microsoft PL-400 and/or PL-300 certification is highly desired.
