Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services for client implementations.
- Translate customer needs into business and technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead transformation discussions, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage teams, and make team-level decisions.
- Lead evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system capabilities and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and coordinate cross-functional integration strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Ability to drive transformation discussions and map customer journeys.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and deliver integrated solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
