Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan execution.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Maintain software quality, customer satisfaction, and accurate MIS and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI/ML solution architecting.
- Experience with software design, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flows, data usage, and software development processes.
- Ability to develop and automate software validation and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to continuing education, programming-language training, and skill-upgrade certifications.
