Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
- Apply secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing.
- Support business objectives by identifying requirements and delivering appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and comply with relevant policies, regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Advise stakeholders and communicate complex or sensitive technical information.
Requirements
- More than five years of strong experience with Core Java, including Java 8 or later.
- Experience with Spring Boot or Spring Framework, including API and microservices development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and concurrency.
- Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architecture is valued.
- Experience with API gateways or integration platforms is valued.
- Experience with JVM performance tuning and memory profiling is valued.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, solve problems, and influence technical decisions.
