Responsibilities
- Build full-stack solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Develop high-quality code and unit tests.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product owners, and product managers to deliver customer-focused products.
- Use lean startup techniques and continuously deliver product value.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior team members and peers.
- Support effective teamwork, stakeholder relationships, and team performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack engineer building high-scale customer-facing products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, AWS, Docker, and Serverless.
- Experience building web applications, mobile applications, or cloud-hosted services with modern technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
