Base Salary
$184k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade generative AI and agentic AI solutions addressing enterprise business needs.
- Translate stakeholder pain points and requirements into technical solutions while bridging business partners and engineering teams.
- Rapidly prototype AI proof-of-concepts, gather feedback, and iterate solutions toward production.
- Architect and implement AI systems using cloud AI platforms, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools.
- Navigate legacy systems, data silos, security constraints, and cross-functional dependencies to deliver AI solutions at scale.
- Apply software engineering, AIOps, and production deployment practices to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
- Lead and mentor technical team members and stay current with AI and machine learning advancements.
Requirements
- University degree required.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with an understanding of AIOps and production deployment practices.
- At least 3 years of experience with AI technical products.
- Experience designing and developing generative AI and/or agentic AI systems.
- Strong AI engineering skills in model integration, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, evaluation, and productionizing AI systems.
- Preferred 7+ years of work experience and experience delivering enterprise production AI solutions and integrating with enterprise tools.
- Experience with major cloud AI platforms such as AWS and AI/ML services, plus familiarity with agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools.
- Track record of navigating enterprise complexity, including legacy systems, data silos, security constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, business acumen, programming, data preprocessing, data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistics skills.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts, incorporate feedback, and keep current with AI/ML advancements.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
