Base Salary
$270k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee enterprise-scale AI and ML systems and set architecture standards across the platform.
- Architect and deliver multi-agent and agentic AI systems in production.
- Lead AI/ML architecture decisions and define long-term technical strategy for enterprise-facing systems.
- Build guardrails, safety mechanisms, and control systems for reliable AI model behavior in production.
- Architect real-time data pipelines and drive platform modernization initiatives.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and technical architects.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 or more years of experience in AI/ML architecture or related engineering leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering enterprise-scale AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience designing multi-agent or agentic AI architectures at scale.
- Experience building AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, or model control systems for production use.
- Background in SaaS platform architecture and scaling systems for enterprise customers.
- Domain knowledge in cybersecurity, risk management, or security ratings.
- Experience leading engineering teams or managing technical architects.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $270,000 to $330,000 USD.
