Base Salary

$240k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Apply AI agents across the staffing pipeline to automate sourcing, vetting, matching, and worker placement.
  • Architect and lead core systems, including real-time matching and ML- and agent-powered autonomous vetting pipelines.
  • Own platform architecture and make decisions for the company’s future scaling needs.
  • Build and maintain backend services with strong performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Set engineering standards for applying agents and using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Partner with the CTO and founding team on architecture, roadmap, and platform priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Deep full-stack experience designing performant, scalable applications, including APIs, data modeling, query optimization, and distributed systems.
  • Track record of shipping and leading high-scale projects with high velocity.
  • Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, own ambiguity, and provide direction in an early-stage environment.
