Base Salary
$236k - $339k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of large, complex platform initiatives.
- Identify and drive cross-team technical improvements across the platform.
- Make and defend architectural trade-offs based on reliability and scalability.
- Act as a technical anchor for the team, raising engineering standards.
- Measure success by the velocity and reliability of internal engineers' experiences.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience owning Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems in production.
- Proficient in Go or a comparable systems language.
- Experience operating across multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
