Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
- Architect multi-product demo flows spanning products such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, and Tableau.
- Configure Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, user personas, integrations, and connected environments.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Build real-product implementations, prototypes, scripted interactions, browser extensions, and other creative workarounds.
- Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, deployment timing, and live show support.
- Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and speaker coaching materials.
- Collaborate with product marketing, designers, product engineering, production teams, localization teams, and executives.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and make architectural decisions about implementation and presentation approaches.
- Improve demo stability, build efficiency, technical quality, proof patterns, enablement, and distribution documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience in development, administration, or solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, environment management, APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure and deliver reliably for high-stakes live events.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during event preparation.
- Preferred experience building live demonstrations for conferences, keynotes, executive briefings, or webinars.
- Preferred experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, AI agents, Slack platform development, Tableau, Data Cloud, Informatica, scripting tools, browser extensions, Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, mobile and device management, storytelling, presentation design, or creative production environments.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
