Responsibilities
- Develop and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Design Power Automate cloud flows, approval workflows, and automated business processes.
- Create Power BI dashboards, reports, executive scorecards, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and support Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams, SQL, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
- Provide application, workflow, and integration support, including incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Support application lifecycle management, deployment, testing, environment management, documentation, governance, and solution reuse.
- Gather requirements, participate in solution design reviews and stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of IT-related work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years without a bachelor's degree.
- Three to five years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Experience building and supporting Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform solution management.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, software development, and solution design skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform ALM, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Azure services, custom connectors, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint and Teams administration, enterprise environments, and Power Platform certifications.
- Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience, with a master's degree substituting for one year and a doctorate for two years.
